Outdoors focussed family

For this family, their outdoors focussed lifestyle dictates the best way to educate their children. There are 3 children, aged from 9 to 14 who share their parents love of skiing, diving and all things outdoors. Homeschooling offers them the chance to ski every morning through the season before studying in the afternoons. Having a full time tutor gives them the opportunity to follow the seasons, diving in the pacific and sailing in the Caribbean at the best times.

An extensive, niche-focused search resulted in a surprisingly long list of well-qualified, experienced broad-curriculum teachers. The successful tutor integrates lesson delivery into the families outdoor experiences, studying species adaptation whilst diving and potential to kinetic energy conversions skiing downhill.
