Following your enquiry, we will email you to arrange a convenient time to call to discuss your requirements. This can be via phone or video conference.
Finding out the details of what you need and how we can help is one of the most important parts of the process. It is essential that we understand the whole picture. As a result, we can find the right person for you.
After we have agreed the details with you we will send you our Tutor Recruitment Agreement. This specifies your requirements in detail.
Once you have confirmed that everything is correct we will start the recruitment.
We use our database of tutors as well as advertising in relevant print and online media to search for candidates.
Next, after reviewing applications we will interview potential candidates to find the best possible match for the role and your child.
Client confidentiality is maintained throughout the recruitment process.
We carry out background checks before presenting a shortlist of 2 or 3 candidates for the final interview and selection by you.
Once a tutor has been selected we will draw up contracts between all parties and make any final adjustments to the job specification.
We will then ensure that all relevant visa and other legal requirements are met and prepare the tutor ready for the engagement. This includes cybersecurity and child-specific First Aid training before their first appointment.
Throughout our tutor’s time with you we keep in regular contact to ensure that everything is running smoothly. It is important to us that your children are receiving the education you are looking for.
The tutor will also be in touch with us weekly to review your child’s progress and future learning.
